The A2025TI MI is a fully automatic tyre changer featuring a pneumatically operated tilting column, a tubeless bead blaster, and a 24” turntable. It is ideal for demounting car, UHP, run-flat, SUV, van, and motorcycle wheels.

• Variable Torque Mini Inverter Motor
  A single-phase motor with variable torque allows full control when working with the most challenging tyres.

• Adjustable Bead Breaking Unit with Telescopic Support
  A dual-position telescopic support (CORGHI patent) enables efficient bead breaking on all wheel types up to 14" in width.

• Automatic Vertical Shaft Movement
  The vertical shaft is moved automatically via air spring, with simultaneous pneumatic locking of both horizontal and vertical shafts. The mounting head is automatically positioned in the optimal working position.

• Patented Multi-Range Turntable
  The innovative turntable accommodates wheels from 10″ to 24″. Operators can quickly shift the working range from 10″–20″ to 14″–24″ with a simple adjustment, making it easier and faster to position larger wheels while maintaining a compact overall footprint.

• Integrated Tubeless Air Blaster System Each jaw clamp features dual angled jet outlets for powerful and efficient bead seating.

• Extendable Bead Breaker Arm

  Improved rim clamping is achieved with taller, fully cast clamps that secure from both the inside and outside. Clamp covers are included for both the front and rear, protecting rims during operation.
